Dosa Makeover: Cheesy Broccoli Dosa



  1. Spread the dosa batter on the pan.
  2. Spread the grated broccoli.You need not cook it ahead. Grated broccoli cooks really fast, in the time it takes the dosa to roast - around a minute.
  3. Spread  about a tea spoon oil around the dosa. Skip if health conscious.But do not complain of the taste or lack of it there of.
  4. Once the broccoli turns florescent green, it is cooked enough with still a bite to it. 
  5. Spread the grated cheese as much as little as you want. The heat will melt the cheese
  6. Fold the dosa. Take it off the pan and eat.
Lifts the plain dosa into a different level, both from a nutrition and the taste perspective. Kid pleaser and a tummy teaser in one. The picture below shows the melted cheese and the crisp dosa and the greening broccoli.
